Dear
Mr. Holthaus:
On behalf of James A. Rhodes State College, this letter is to extend our thanks to you for the excellent performance provided by your employees on the successful completion of the new Informational Technology Building. You and your foreman, Gary Sollmann, did a good job recognizing problems and suggesting solutions. Your cooperative effort assisted in the timely completion of this project. The ability of your firm to incorporate major modifications while maintaining a high quality and consistent standard of design layout was noteworthy. Your employees have high level of perfectionism and skills ability. Our College has a high quality building because of their strong work ethics and pride. I have been involved with many projects and buildings for the college. This project was a first where the architect/engineer had praise for a company in their ability to handle changes and modifications without affecting the design. This praise is a direct indicator of the high quality performance that we received from your firm on this project. James A. Rhodes State College is proud of our new IT building. We again thank you for your participation in this project Sincerely, Randall McCullough, |

Dear Mr. Holthaus:
On behalf of Wilson Memorial Hospital, this letter is to extend our thanks to you for the excellent performance provided by your employees on the successful completion of the Copeland-Emerson Family Birth Center. As you are well aware, this project called for an aggressive timeframe within a fixed budget. Numerous systems, including emergency generator/power, extensive data and communications, and special security features complicated the installation. Of particular note was the outstanding performance of Ken Klopfenstein. Throughout the project, Ken raised timely and appropriate issues for consideration which improved the overall quality of the project. On several occasions, he suggested changes to enhance future accessibility and maintenance of the birth center. In short, his perspective was doing it right and we appreciated that. Thanks again to all the employees at Sollmann Electric who contributed to the success of this project! Sincerely, Craig Lannoye |
Dear Denny: It is hard to believe that we completed the Wilson Hospital's Family Birth Center over six months ago. It is a pleasure to take time and send a letter of appreciation to an organization that was so instrumental to the building project. Ferguson Construction Company would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone at Sollmann Electric who worked on this project. The team of electricians assigned to the project was outstanding, I am please to say that your team exceeded the great Sollmann Electric reputation. Altogether, the team of Tom Holthaus and Ken Klopfenstein made what was anticipated to be a stressful project, into an enjoyable one. They are all assets to your organization. Sollmann Electric definitely has a winning combination of great quality and great people. I will look forward to working with Sollmann Electric in the future. Please send along out commendations and thanks to all of your team for a job well done. Sincerely, Joseph O. Reichert |

Dear Tom: Once again, it give me great pleasure to compliment you and your excellent field staff for a job well done. As you know, with any school project there is no extension of the opening date. With the late start and tight schedule we encountered, your employee's experience and professionalism were key elements in completing this expedited project on time. Their willingness to partner and coordinate with the other dozen or so Prime Contractors was a major factor in completing the project on time for the start of classes. I would personally like to thank you, for your time and efforts in helping expedite this project, and Gary Sollmann, for his coordination and site management skills, all of which made my job that much easier. I feel confident in the work that Sollmann Electric Company completed, not only on this project, but on all the projects your firm has been involved in, and look forward to hopefully working with your team in the future. Again, thanks for a job well done. Sincerely, Daniel L. Brown |
